Yoga & Breathwork
Anantaram’s yoga practice is rooted in the understanding that the body holds wisdom the mind often overlooks. Our classes weave together asana, pranayama, silence and mindful awareness to help you build strength, resilience, balance, release tension, and come home to yourself – one breath at a time. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our sessions meet you exactly where you are; so that you work with us at your comfort level.
Sound Healing
Sound is one of the underappreciated alternative healing practices known to humanity. Our use of science-backed instruments help create immersive soundscapes that stimulate the alpha / theta brain wave state. Our sound healing sessions therefore work on a cellular level – to dissolve stress, reduce mental chatter, increase productivity and promote sleep through yoga nidra, and restore a sense of profound inner stillness.
Women's Wellness
We believe that a woman’s body is not a mystery to be unraveled – it is a landscape to be understood. Our women’s wellness work is deeply rooted in cycle awareness, hormonal health and the ancient wisdom of garbhasanskar. We guide women with compassion, self-education, and practical tools via curated programs for women struggling with PCOD / PCOS. We also offer prenatal / postnatal yoga and garbhasanskar (pregnancy coaching).
Fitness Coaching
At Anantaram, we believe that movement is medicine. Our approach to fitness goes beyond aesthetics – it focuses on building a body that feels powerful, self-dependent, and highly infused with energy. Our coaching blends muscle building, functional movement, yoga, breathwork, and intuitive exercises to help you cultivate consistency and resilience in a way that is joyful, not overbearing. Because the best workout is the one your body *actually* loves!
Ayurveda Nutrition
Food is not just fuel; it is knowledge, ritual, and relationship. Drawing from the 5,000-year-old science of Ayurveda, Anantaram helps you understand your unique constitution and the foods that bring you into balance. Our nutritional guidance is practical, personalised, and deeply connected to the rhythms of nature – so that eating becomes an act of self-care and self-love. We focus on holistic wellness through Ayurveda instead of short-lived “crash diets” that serve nobody.
Corporate Wellness
Despite spending a third of our lives at work, the workplace is often where wellbeing is most neglected. Anantaram brings such transformative practices directly into corporate environments, that are designed for mindful experiences. Our wellness sessions aim to increase focus, manage stress, build collaboration, problem solving and productivity.
