Bringing a life into the world is one of the most profound experiences a woman’s body and soul will ever undergo. In the busyness of preparation and the blur of new motherhood, a woman’s own wellbeing is so often overlooked and the last thing on the list. This programme exists to change that – offering expecting and new mothers a sacred, supported space to nurture themselves as they nurture new life.

Rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, the practice of Garbhasanskar, and modern movement science, this programme gently accompanies you through every stage – from the first trimester all the way through your postnatal recovery and beyond.

WHO IS IT FOR

If you are navigating any of the following, this programme was made for you:

  • In your first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy
  • Experiencing pregnancy discomforts – fatigue, morning sickness, back pain, gut-issues, leg cramps, dizziness, mood shifts, or swelling
  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed around labour, birth, or new motherhood
  • Longing to connect with and nurture your baby consciously during pregnancy
  • Stepping into the beautiful, tender, and sometimes overwhelming identity of motherhood
  • Navigating postnatal core weakness or recovery, whether weeks or months after delivery
  • Experiencing postpartum emotional exhaustion or low mood

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

  • Garbhasanskar, inclusive of Garbha Aahar and Garbha Samvad
  • Gentle physical body flow (Yoga and movement)
  • Session specials like manifesting your dream child, womb bonding, couple Yoga, natural birthing techniques, sound immersions, etc.
  • Guided relaxation
  • Lamaze breathing, Pranayama and Breathwork
  • Closing stillness and silence

No two sessions are identical. Each one gently responds to the stage, energy, and needs of the mothers in the group.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

A nurturing, trimester-aware programme thoughtfully designed for the pregnant and postpartum body.

For the Physical Body
Prenatal yoga and gentle mobility, safe strength and stability work for each trimester, stretching, body awareness practices, and postpartum movement re-entry: all sequenced with deep care for where your body is right now.

For the Mental & Emotional Body 
Garbhasanskar practices – storytelling, affirmations, couple Yoga, sound and conscious communication with your baby. Guided imagery and visualisation for birth preparation, meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Nutrition
Trimester-specific and postnatal Ayurvedic nutrition guidance, nourishment for breastfeeding mothers, and foods and herbs to support recovery and hormonal balance.

1:1 Consultation
Bi-monthly online consultation calls with the Founder and Head Coach that last for over 45 minutes each.
