Yoga & Breathwork

A practice of returning – to the body, to the breath, to the mind.

Yoga is more than just Asana, it is a way of living

At its heart, Yoga is a science of attention: a systematic way of learning to be present in your own body, breath and mind. Anantaram’s approach honours this depth while making it accessible to anyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience.

Our sessions integrate asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dharana (focused awareness) – so that you leave not just stretched, but genuinely settled.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to guide you from the pace of your day into a state of embodied presence. The flow:

  • Warm-up and joint mobilisation
  • Asana sequences tailored to individual/group needs
  • Pranayama: breath awareness and regulation techniques
  • Yoga Nidra or guided relaxation
  • Closing stillness, Yoga philosophy and integration

No two sessions are identical. Each one responds to the energy and needs of the group or individual in the room.
