Women's Wellness
A space made to empower the feminine.
This is not a niche. It is a necessity.
For too long, women’s health has been an afterthought – under-researched, under-supported, and reduced to a handful of appointments and prescriptions. Anantaram exists to offer something different.
This is a space built from the ground up. Every programme, every session, every circle has been designed with a deep understanding of the female body and its rhythms, seasons, extraordinary intelligence, and its very real need for rest, nourishment, and community.
Our Women’s Wellness offerings sit at the intersection of movement, breath, ancient wisdom, and modern understanding of hormonal health. You will find it all, here.
HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU
Below you will find two thoughtfully designed programmes – each one a dedicated space for a different chapter of a woman’s life. Take a moment to read through both and trust what calls to you.

Women's Wellness Circle
So many women move through life carrying symptoms they have been told are simply “normal” — the fatigue, the mood swings, the bloating, the irregular cycles, the skin that won’t cooperate, the energy that never quite returns. They are not normal. They are signals. And they deserve to be listened to.
The Women’s Wellness Circle is a dedicated online programme for women navigating the effects of hormonal imbalance — offering a holistic, whole-body approach that addresses the root, not just the symptoms.
If you are living with any of the following, this programme was made for you:
- PCOD/PCOS
- Irregular periods or missed cycles
- Stress and anxiety
- Acidity and bloating
- Mood swings and emotional exhaustion
- Constant fatigue or low energy
- Acne and hair-related concerns
- Sugar cravings
- Fertility concerns
WHAT’S INCLUDED
A different daily fitness routine, thoughtfully designed — because your body deserves variety, intention, and care.
For the Physical Body
Strength training, cardio, mat pilates, dance workouts, squats and glutes, core body work, stretching and mobility, yoga, and menstrual yoga — all sequenced with your hormonal health in mind.
For the Mental Body
Affirmations, guided imagery, meditation techniques, guided relaxation, and Pranayama and Breathwork — because healing is not only physical.
Nutrition
A customised diet plan built around your specific concerns — no generic meal plans, no one-size-fits-all advice.

Prenatal, Postnatal & Garbhasanskar
Bringing a life into the world is one of the most profound experiences a woman’s body and soul will ever undergo. Yet in the busyness of preparation and the blur of new motherhood, a woman’s own wellbeing is so often the last thing on the list. This programme exists to change that — offering expecting and new mothers a sacred, supported space to nurture themselves as they nurture new life.
Rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, the practice of Garbhasanskar, and modern movement science, this programme gently accompanies you through every stage — from the first trimester all the way through your postnatal recovery and beyond.
If you are navigating any of the following, this programme was made for you:
- Pregnancy discomforts — back pain, fatigue, breathlessness, swelling
- Anxiety or fear around labour and birth
- Emotional overwhelm or mood shifts during pregnancy
- Postnatal physical recovery and core rehabilitation
- Postpartum emotional exhaustion or low mood
- Disconnection from the body after birth
- The desire to bond deeply with your baby, even before birth
- Hormonal fluctuations in the months following delivery
- The tender and sometimes overwhelming transition into motherhood
WHAT’S INCLUDED
A nurturing, trimester-aware programme thoughtfully designed for the pregnant and postpartum body.
For the Physical Body Prenatal yoga and gentle mobility, safe strength and stability work for each trimester, postnatal core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, stretching and body awareness practices, and postpartum movement re-entry — all sequenced with deep care for where your body is right now.
For the Mental & Emotional Body Garbhasanskar practices — music, storytelling, affirmations, and conscious communication with your baby. Guided imagery and visualisation for birth preparation, meditation and mindfulness techniques, affirmations for the motherhood transition, and guided relaxation and deep rest practices.
Nutrition Trimester-specific and postnatal Ayurvedic nutrition guidance, nourishment for breastfeeding mothers, and foods and herbs to support recovery and hormonal balance.
